Had an issue with one of my lights that tripped the circuit making me lose power to all the lights in my basement! I called SRG mechanical and they were able to send out a technician the next day! Efrain Cazarez was great! He easily abd quickly fixed the issue, and was extremely patient and informative while I asked a lot of questions!. SRG Mechanical did a great job repairing our steam boiler. Hector was the technician who came out and quickly diagnosed a failed thermocouple. He explained the issue clearly and replaced it the same day, getting the boiler back up and running safely. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was a professional company with great customer service. They addressed my issue and even answered questions after hours and helped me feel comfortable by giving me instructions on what to do so that my pipes wouldn't freeze overnight until they were able to come out. Isabel is one of the kindest, most patient, and understanding people to work with when it comes to scheduling — she truly makes the process stress-free. Shawn R was fantastic as well, with excellent communication and a clear, thorough explanation of the estimate and how to move forward quickly. And last but certainly not least — Hector Deniz is our hero. He came onsite during extremely cold temperatures and did everything needed to get the heat restored in our office. On one of the coldest nights of the year my elderly mother's  furnace went out. Sal, Hector and Sean came to the rescue.  They brought space heaters, I installed a new furnace within 24 hours and made sure everything was working well!  Kudos to these guys. Thy are great!!
